The Foundation prides itself in adhering to the tenets of these core values for achieving its goals and ensuring business sustainability.


1)      Respect

Respect is fundamental to our social, operational and environmental activities.

  • At PEL’S Farms foundation, we value respect for our team, ensuring equitability and kindness throughout the hierarchy of the Foundation. Ultimately, this reflects in all our projects and products as one of quality standards.
  • Respect for our partners and customers is not compromised. The Foundation understands that its partners and customers are integral to its success. Hence, such respect is reflected in the continuous stakeholder engagements that takes place prior to project developments and executions and well as the developments of products. Monitoring and evaluations as well as Feedbacks are key components that the PEL’S Farms Foundation take seriously.
  • Respect for environment through good resource management, avoidance of waste safety. Strict environmental and safety protocols are adhered to in PEL’S Farms Foundation.
